Hey guys! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted – My son was teething really bad last week and it kept me pretty busy! But ready to jump back in and spread some helpful information on to my followers!
For those of you that don’t know Matcha is becoming a really big trend in the health world. Matcha is green tea leaves that have been ground into a fine powder. It is packed full of antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, caffeine and much more – There are tons of health benefits to Matcha! It calms you, it effectively detoxifies the body, prevents diseases, and boosts metabolism.
All those benefits with just one drink?! Yes! AND.. It’s delicious!! And beautiful 😉 There are some people who don’t like the taste ( My Husband 😉 ) But with some raw agave added I find it irresistible!
It can be actually pretty expensive but I found a really great one for not too much on Thrive and it been working wonderful for me! I highly recommend trying some, especially as an early morning pick it! ( I have switched from coffee to Matcha as it gives me just as much energy but without the grogginess and crash! )
