We seriously never go a week without having a Chebe Bread Pizza night. It’s completely expected at this point. I have friends messaging me all the time saying they saw it in the store and thought of me or that they want to go pick some up to try it out. YES. DO. It’s seriously amazing.
It isn’t the easiest being paleo when looking for certain pre-packaged foods. You have to scour the ingredients of literally every box to find one with the permitting ingredients. That’s what we did in a Natural Grocers one day and Chebe was the ONLY one we found – Haven’t gone back since. It’s only $4 a box and much better than the ones you order online for $10! And it yields WAY more too! (Also available at Krogers / King Soopers now!)
I realized though – That I never explained how to make one! I’m sure seeing how EASY it is to prepare will entice a few of you to give it a try!
Chebe Paleo Pizza
- 4 T Almond Milk
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs
- Chebe Pizza Crust Mix
- THAT’S IT!
Preheat oven to 450*
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl..
Knead. Knead and KNEAD!
Makes 2 – 12″ pizzas. If you want to make more than 1 pizza just halve the kneaded dough.
Roll out dough and poke with fork all over to prevent bubbles!
Place pizza on stone or pan in oven. Cook for 7 minutes.
After 7 minutes remove from oven and add your preferred sauce / toppings. Place back in oven for another 7 minutes.
Remove and ENJOY!
