Superbowl Paleo Eats

Happy Super Bowl Sunday y’all! Looks like the Pats won.. Wasn’t expecting that. Whether you’re celebrating or mourning these healthy eats should put a smile on your face!

Today I whipped up pork green chili sliders, buffalo chicken, and bacon wrapped guacamole peppers! It was incredibly delicious – And SPICY. Which is of course necessary for football Sundays πŸ˜‰

Here is our delicious receipt for our bacon wrapped guacamole peppers!

Paleo JalapeΓ±o Poppers

  • JalapeΓ±o Peppers (8-10)
  • 2 Large Avocados
    • Make into Guacamole
      • Mash both avocados
      • Add lemon juice (To taste / consistency)
      • Add Salt / Pepper / Cajun Seasoning <- Optional
  • 1lbs Bacon

  1. Preheat oven to 400*F
  2. Wash and halve the peppers.
  3. Stuff Guacamole into pepper
  4. Cut bacon strips in half
  5. Wrap bacon around pepper
  6. Place in oven for around 20 minutes or until bacon is done.
  7. Remove and enjoy!

Unfortunately.. We were rooting for the Falcons – So were pretty bummed the Pats won.. AGAIN -_- BUT.. We were so happy to have some leftovers of these delicious treats waiting for us afterward!!
